Ingredients:

• 3oz Pop & Bottle Vanilla Oat Milk Latte
• 1 Tbsp Pop & Bottle Ozpresso Coffee Concentrate or 1 oz espresso
• 1 dash aromatic bitters
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Splash of maple syrup
• 1oz dairy free cream or creamer
• Sugar cookies for garnish

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine concentrate or espresso, vanilla latte, dairy free cream, vanilla, maple syrup and bitters with a handful of ice
• Shake vigorously until the cocktail is ice cold, 30-60 seconds
• Pour through a strainer into a martini glass
• Top with a little sugar cookie on the rim of the glass and enjoy!
