OUR PRODUCTS

Are your lattes Paleo compliant?
Our almond milk lattes are all paleo compliant. They do not contain any grains and are lightly sweetened with dates. Our oat milk lattes contain oats which are grains and are therefore not considered paleo compliant.
Are your lattes vegan?
All our lattes are vegan except for our “GLOW” Vanilla Oat Latte, which contains sustainably sourced marine collagen.
Are your lattes Kosher?
All our lattes are kosher compliant, although they have not been certified kosher yet.
How much caffeine is there in each latte? Do you have high caffeine and no caffeine ones?
Yes! We've got something for everyone - each latte ranges from 130 mg of caffeine per 11 oz bottle (1.5 cups of coffee) to 0 mg. Please check out the page of the flavor you are interested in for more specific information on the caffeine level.
Do all your lattes have coffee in them?
Nope! Our Golden almond latte, Matcha almond latte and Cacao almond latte are all great options for those who would like a latte that is not coffee based.
How many calories are in each latte?
The calories in our lattes vary from 110 to 150 calories.
What are your ingredients?
All our lattes are made with organic, whole food ingredients, such as almonds, oats, dates, superfoods, and coffee/tea. Please check out the page of the flavor you are interested in for a full list of specific ingredients.
Is each latte made with almond milk?
We make lattes with both almond and oat milk. “The Originals” are made with organic almond milk and “The Supers” are made with organic oat milk.
Are the lattes raw?
No - we use a pasteurization method to ensure they are safe for all to drink.
How long do the milks last once delivered?
Orders are shipped with a minimum of 3 weeks shelf life when stored properly. Please check the expiration date on your bottle or can.
Do the lattes contain dairy / gluten / soy?
Our almond milk lattes do not contain any dairy, gluten or soy (woo hoo!) Our oat milk lattes also do not contain any dairy, gluten or soy. However, the oats are processed in a facility that also processes other grains, and therefore our oat lattes are not certified gluten free.
Are the lattes safe for pregnant women?
The pasteurization method that we use means they are not raw. However, we always recommend that pregnant women consult their doctor for more specific dietary guidelines and recommendations.
Do all your lattes contain nuts?
Our almond milk lattes contain almonds. Our oat lattes do not contain tree nuts, however, they do contain a small amount of coconut cream.
How many grams of sugar and carbs are in each latte?
All our almond milk based lattes contain around 12g of sugar and 20g of carbs. Our oat lattes contain around 9g of sugar and 20g of carbs. All our sugar comes from dates or the natural sweetness of oats. We do not add any refined sugar to our products.
What is collagen?
Collagen is an amazing protein that helps the body’s hair, nails, and skin become more supple and healthy. Studies have shown it to improve skin elasticity and decrease the appearance of wrinkles and aging. Our marine collagen is sustainably sourced and contains high levels of powerful proteins to hydrate and nourish your body.
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens have been used for hundreds of years in eastern medicine to help the body naturally cope with stress. These are powerful herbs that help restore zen and calm. We use a blend of high quality, finely sourced ashwagandha and maca, in our Mocha oat milk lattes (part of our “Supers” line)
What are antioxidants?
Antioxidants help repair and prevent damage to the body from free radicals - free radicals are unhealthy, unstable molecules the body produces when faced with stressful environments. We use antioxidants from coffee berry to boost immunity and promote recovery.

OUR PACKAGING

Why are your bottles plastic, not glass?
Great question! We wish we could use glass, but it’s incredibly heavy to ship and is at high risk of breaking in transit. By using our bottles, we reduce our carbon footprint in our supply chain and also prevent our customers from receiving product with potential glass breakage. Instead, we use recyclable PET plastic bottles that are BPA free for our almond milk lattes and recyclable cans for our oat lattes. For oat milk lattes, our cans are made from recyclable aluminum.
Are the shipping materials made with eco conscious and sustainable materials?
Yes! As a wellness focused company, we want to be mindful of not just our ingredients, but also what we’re using to lovingly and carefully ship them. We’ve considered the sustainability of our packaging in the following ways: Shipping box and case boxes - made of partially recycled materials and are themselves recyclable The green foam liner - made out of cornstarch and can be safely dissolved by running it under the faucet The ice packs - reusable and great for keeping lunch cold or for soothing sore muscles Aluminum cans & bottles - ready to enjoy & recycle The shipping box and case boxes are made partially of recycled materials and are themselves recyclable The green foam liner (used in our larger 24 pack boxes and soon to be used in all boxes in the next few months) is made out of corn starch & can be safely dissolved by running it under the faucet Finally, the ice packs can be reused for keeping lunch cold or for soothing sore muscles.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

I need to change my order / delivery instructions. What should I do?
We get that! We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@popandbottle.com.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free with orders of $35 or more. Otherwise, shipping is $6.95.
When will I get my order?
Almond milks lattes (these are perishable and need to be refrigerated so they arrive within 2 days) Orders ship every Mon, Tue, and Wed. Orders placed on Wed through Sun, will ship the following Mon. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 days. Oat milk lattes (these can be stored at room temp and don’t need refrigeration) Orders ship Monday through Friday to arrive a few days later (depends on where you live but typically it’s 1 to 5 days after shipping)
How can I track my order?
We ship via FedEx and USPS. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. While oat lattes do not need refrigeration, our almond milk lattes do.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order of almond milk lattes will be packed in an insulated liner with ice packs in order to keep your Pop & Bottle cold during transit. Please place the lattes into a refrigerator once delivered. The green foam insulated liner is made from corn starch & can be safely dissolved by running it under the faucet. You order of oat milk lattes will be packed in a recyclable Pop & Bottle box and ready to drink immediately upon arrival! While they do not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temp, we recommend chilling in the fridge and enjoying cold. Remember to SHAKE before opening all our lattes.

ISSUES & CONTACT US

My package hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped. If there seems to be an issue with the delivery, please contact us and we’ll be there to help figure it out.
My package arrived when I wasn’t home and my bottles are no longer cold, are my lattes still safe to drink?
Our almond milk lattes are perishable, so we do NOT recommend that you drink them if they’ve arrived warm. Please contact us (at info@popandbottle.com) if you run into this issue and we’ll make it right! Our oat milk lattes are non perishable and do not need to be kept cold, so they should be just fine! Separation is natural so please remember to shake up both lattes before drinking - we never use any gums or thickeners.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
First, so sorry about that! Your happiness matters to us and we’ll make it right. Please contact us (at info@popandbottle.com) as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
Your happiness is hugely important to us. Pop & Bottle stands behind our product and will do our best to make it right. If you are dissatisfied with your lattes for any reason with your online order, Pop & Bottle will refund the amount paid for your most recent order, limited to one case of each type of latte, oat and almond, (for multiple packs we will refund the largest pack size).
