At Pop & Bottle our customer’s experience is #1 to us! If you have any issues with your lattes please fill out this form to initiate a reship or refund and someone will be in contact with you shortly.

 

Did your lattes arrive damaged?

We are so sorry for your experience and we want to make this right!

If your lattes arrived damaged we will issue a FREE reshipment of your order. To help us process this reshipment quickly, we ask you to kindly send us photos of the damaged order within 48 hours of the products’ arrival. While these errors are infrequent, photos helps us best address any supply chain issues for future customers. Thank you

 

Did not enjoy your lattes?

At this time, we're not able to accept physical returns for our lattes or super concentrate as they are consumable beverages. While we hope that everyone enjoys our products, we understand things happen, so we guarantee your happiness, within reason. We will offer you a full refund of up to, and not exceeding, one 12 or 15 pack of Oat Milk Lattes, or up to 3 bottles of Super Concentrate, which will be credited to the method of payment used at checkout. The credit typically posts within 5-7 business days. Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded when issuing a return credit.
