Ozpresso Toasted Marshmallow Mocktini
Product Featured: Ozpresso Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients:
- 3oz Pop & Bottle Ozpresso Cold Brew Coffee
- 1oz dairy free creamer
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 large marshmallows
- Edible gold flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine coffee, creamer, vanilla, maple syrup and a handful of ice
- Over a gas flame, carefully toast a large marshmallow until golden brown. Set onto a plate. Once it’s cool enough to touch, pull the outer toasted later off and add both the warm marshmallow and the toasted outer shell to the cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until very cold to the touch
- Strain and pour into glass
- Toast another marshmallow until golden brown and secure on a cocktail skewer
- Optional: Using a knife or a pair of kitchen tweezers place an edible gold flake on the marshmallow and top of the Mock-tini
