Ozpresso Toasted Marshmallow Mocktini

Product Featured: Ozpresso Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 3oz Pop & Bottle Ozpresso Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1oz dairy free creamer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 large marshmallows
  • Edible gold flakes (optional)


Instructions:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine coffee, creamer, vanilla, maple syrup and a handful of ice
  • Over a gas flame, carefully toast a large marshmallow until golden brown. Set onto a plate. Once it’s cool enough to touch, pull the outer toasted later off and add both the warm marshmallow and the toasted outer shell to the cocktail shaker
  • Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until very cold to the touch
  • Strain and pour into glass
  • Toast another marshmallow until golden brown and secure on a cocktail skewer
  • Optional: Using a knife or a pair of kitchen tweezers place an edible gold flake on the marshmallow and top of the Mock-tini
  • Enjoy!
