What process do you use for your Decaf Cold Brew? 

The beans used in our Organic Decaf Cold Brew are decaffeinated through a "Water Process", which uses only water to draw the caffeine from the beans. Caffeine is gently drawn out while the flavor stays in, so you get the smooth, rich cold brew you know, without the buzz.

Many conventional decafs are made by rinsing beans in chemical solvents like methylene chloride or ethyl acetate to strip out caffeine. Because our coffee is certified organic, those solvents are never part of the process.
Where is this coffee sourced from and what impact does it have?

Our Organic Cold Brew Coffee directly reflects our commitment to female entrepreneurship, responsible sourcing, and giving back to the communities who support our brand. While we always source coffee from organic farms with whom we have a direct-trade relationship, with this product line we’re going further: sourcing in part from female-operated cooperatives and giving a % of sales back to initiatives that help these coffee growing communities thrive.
