I have been a loyal fan of your Products for a very long time, but I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent recipe update. While I appreciate your team's ongoing efforts to innovate, I found the new version to be noticeably sweeter than the original. The increased sweetness unfortunately overpowers the Matcha flavor, e.g., savory notes/natural ingredients, resulting in a flavor profile that doesn't quite work for my palate. To give you a bit more detail, the aftertaste is much sweeter than before, the balance of flavors are lost. Because I have enjoyed your products so much in the past, I wanted to pass this along. Would it be possible to know if the original recipe is still available, or if there are plans to adjust the sweetness level in future updates? I would buy 10 to 15 cans or more of your Matcha flavor drink but unfortunately I have bought my last.

I ordered this exact product advertised, but that’s not what I received. Customer service is very exhausting to deal with. They say the new product “ Wicked” does not have the same ingredients that they are showing in this ad. I am very familiar with both versions of their Matcha and the new Wicked is extremely sweet and does not have a good flavor or even the same ingredients. . I really expect to get the exact product I ordered when it is advertised on a website.. unfortunately you don’t here. After several emails and two weeks later

I have not received a refund or an exchange. I I was told how excited they are to have this new version, unfortunately I am not excited due to the new taste and different ingredients. They told me to find this product on the retail market if I wanted the version they are advertising they still have shown on line . If you decide to order this, that’s not what you’re going to get so beware..
