At Pop & Bottle our customer’s experience is #1 to us! If you have any issues with your lattes please fill out this form to initiate a reship or refund and someone will be in contact with you shortly.

Did your lattes arrive damaged?

We are so sorry for your experience and we want to make this right!If your lattes arrived damaged we will issue a FREE reshipment of your order.
To help us process this reshipment quickly, we ask you to kindly send us photos of the damaged order within 48 hours of the products’ arrival.
While these errors are infrequent, photos helps us best address any supply chain issues for future customers.

Did not enjoy your lattes?

While we hope that everyone enjoys our dairy-free, organic lattes, we understand if they were not for you!
Please fill out this form within 30 days of receiving your lattes. We will offer you a full refund of up to one 12 pack of lattes, which will be credited to the card on file.
The credit should hit your card within 5 to 7 business days.
