Are your lattes Paleo compliant?
Our oat milk lattes contain oats which are grains and are therefore not considered paleo compliant.
Our almond milk lattes are all paleo compliant. They do not contain any grains and are lightly sweetened with dates.
Are your lattes vegan?
All our lattes are vegan except for our vanilla oat milk latte, which contains sustainably sourced marine collagen.
Are your lattes Kosher?
All our lattes are kosher compliant, although they have not been certified kosher yet.
How much caffeine is there in each latte? Do you have high caffeine and no caffeine ones?
We've got something for everyone - our almond milk lattes range from 25 to 130 mg of caffeine per 11 oz bottle. Our oat milk lattes have 80mg of caffeine per 8oz can. Please check out the page of the flavor you are interested in for more specific information on the caffeine level.
All our lattes have caffeine. Our Cacao almond milk latte has the lowest caffeine level at 25mg per 11oz bottle.
Do all your lattes have coffee in them?
Nope! Our Golden almond latte, Matcha almond latte and Cacao almond latte are all great options for those who would like a latte that is not coffee based.
How many calories are in each latte?
The calories in our lattes vary from 100 to 150 calories.
What are your ingredients?
All our lattes are made with organic, whole food ingredients, such as almonds, oats, dates, a range of superfoods, and coffee or tea. Please check out the individual product page for a full list of specific ingredients.
Is each latte made with almond milk?
Our almond milk lattes are made with organic almond milk and our oat milk lattes are made with organic oat milk.
Are the lattes raw?
No - we use a pasteurization method to ensure they are safe for all to drink.
How long do the milks last once delivered?
Online orders for our oat milk lattes are shipped with a minimum of 3 weeks shelf life and should be stored in a cool dry location. Please check the expiration date on your can.
Do the lattes contain dairy / gluten / soy?
Our almond milk lattes do not contain any dairy, gluten or soy (woo hoo!)
Our oat milk lattes also do not contain any dairy, gluten or soy. However, the oats are processed in a facility that also processes gluten, and therefore our oat lattes are not certified gluten free.
Are the lattes safe for pregnant women?
The pasteurization method that we use means they are not raw. However, we always recommend that pregnant women consult their doctor for more specific dietary guidelines and recommendations.
Do all your lattes contain nuts?
Our almond milk lattes contain almonds. Our oat milk lattes do not contain tree nuts, however, they do contain a small amount of coconut MCT oil.
How many grams of sugar and carbs are in each latte?
All our almond milk lattes contain around 12g of sugar and 20g of carbs. Our oat milk lattes contain around 8g of sugar and 17g of carbs. All our sugars come from dates or the natural sweetness of oats. We do not add any refined sugars to our products.
What is collagen?
Collagen is an amazing protein that helps the body’s hair, nails, and skin become more supple and healthy. Studies have shown it to improve skin elasticity and decrease the appearance of wrinkles and aging. Our marine collagen is sustainably sourced and contains high levels of powerful proteins to hydrate and nourish your body
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens have been used for hundreds of years in Eastern medicine to help the body naturally cope with stress. We use a blend of high-quality, finely sourced ashwagandha and maca in our mocha oat milk lattes.
What are antioxidants?
Antioxidants help repair and prevent damage to the body from free radicals - free radicals are unhealthy, unstable molecules the body produces when faced with stressful environments. We use antioxidants from coffee berry to support immunity and promote recovery.
Can I heat up your lattes?
Yes! You can heat up the lattes by pouring them into a microwavable safe container and microwaving them for a few seconds or pouring them into a pot and heating them up over the stove for a couple of minutes.
Can I freeze your lattes?
We do not recommend you freeze our lattes. This can alter the formulation of the drinks and lead to an unappetizing texture. You can pour our lattes over ice for a refreshing beverage.
Are the oat milk lattes supposed to be refrigerated?
Nope! Our oat milk lattes are pantry friendly, so they do not need to be refrigerated! We do however recommend chilling them before consuming, as they are most delicious when cold. Please note that we do use all natural ingredients, so separation is natural, do please give your latte a good shake before you open the can.
Do you sell your almond lattes online?
We no longer offer our almond milk lattes online, but we do sell them in-store nationwide. Check out our store locator here to find your nearest P&B retailer. Please contact your store in advance to make sure our lattes are currently in stock.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order of oat milk lattes will be packed in a recyclable box.
Why can’t I use my points?
There are a variety of reasons this may be the case.
If you have a subscription order in your cart you can only use the rewards titled “$10/$25 off next subscription order”. For all one-time purchases, please use the rewards titled “$10/$25 gift card” or the points slider at checkout.
You may not have enough points. If you don’t have enough points, you will not be eligible for rewards.

Super Concentrate starts with Certified Organic, direct trade Central American coffee beans, which are artfully roasted to develop robust and dynamic flavor compounds. The beans are rested, finely ground and then slowly brewed to ensure maximum extraction yield from every bean. We used a closed system to maximum flavor and minimize oxidation throughout our process. This proprietary process allows us to create an ultra smooth, premium quality coffee concentrate with minimal water and waste in comparison to traditional coffee brewing process.
How is Super Concentrate made?
Super Concentrate starts with Certified Organic, direct trade Central American coffee beans, which are artfully roasted to develop robust and dynamic flavor compounds. The beans are then quickly and consistently ground, minimizing the naturally occurring oxidization and CO2 release (aka: flavor preservation!). The ground coffee is rested, then slow specialty brewed to ensure maximum extraction yield from every bean. This proprietary process allows us to create an ultra-smooth, premium quality coffee concentrate with minimal water and waste in comparison to the traditional coffee brewing process.
How do I turn Super Concentrate into a cup of coffee?
All you need is 1-1.5 Tablespoons Super Concentrate, mixed with water or your choice of milk, any sweetener if desired, and voila! You've got your favorite coffee drink in-hand, in seconds.
Can I drink Super Concentrate straight, without diluting?
We do not recommend consuming Super Concentrate before diluting. 1 Tablespoon is very strong - about 15x the strength of 1 Tbsp of coffee. Mixing it with ~6oz liquid is an important step.
How many cups of coffee does each bottle of Super Concentrate make?
Each 8oz bottle of Super Concentrate makes up to 16 cups of coffee - depending on how strong you like it.
Does Super Concentrate need to be refrigerated?
Super Concentrate is shelf-stable, but should be refrigerated after opening and enjoyed within about 2 weeks.
How much caffeine is in Super Concentrate?
Each Tablespoon contains 90mg of caffeine, or about the equivalent of a cup of regular coffee.
What does Super Concentrate taste like?
Super Concentrate has a smooth, low-acid flavor. When mixed with water or milk, the taste becomes similar to that of a medium roast coffee.

Is Super Concentrate flavored?
Super Concentrate comes in 3 flavors: Classic, Vanilla, and Mocha. All are unsweetened and made from simple, pure ingredients.
Why are your bottles plastic, not glass?
Great question! We wish we could use glass, but it’s incredibly heavy to ship and is at high risk of breaking in transit. By using our bottles, we reduce our carbon footprint in our supply chain and also prevent our customers from receiving products with potential glass breakage.
Instead, we use recyclable PET plastic bottles that are BPA free for our almond milk lattes and recyclable cans for our oat lattes.
For oat milk lattes, our cans are made from recyclable aluminum.
Are the shipping materials made with eco conscious and sustainable materials?
Yes! As a wellness focused company, we want to be mindful of not just our ingredients, but also what we’re using to lovingly and carefully ship them. We’ve considered the sustainability of our packaging in the following ways:

How much is shipping?
Orders placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same business day Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends will ship the following business day.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70. Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date an order is shipped.
Expedited orders will deliver within 2-3 business days from the date an order is shipped, and Next Day orders will arrive the following business day after an order is shipped.
While we do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the timeframe provided, in some cases carrier delays may cause an unexpected change to a delivery date. Please contact our team at email@example.com with any concerns and we'll be happy to help!
When will I get my order?
We guarantee that all orders will arrive within 8 days of purchasing. If your order has not arrived within 8 days, please contact us here with your order number and we will make it right.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will allow you to follow your lattes as they head your way. Please allow 8 days from purchase for your lattes to arrive

Did your lattes arrive damaged?
We are so sorry for your experience and we want to make this right!
If your lattes arrived damaged we will issue a FREE reshipment of your order. To help us process this reshipment quickly, we ask you to kindly send us photos of the damaged order within 48 hours of the products’ arrival. While these errors are infrequent, photos helps us best address any supply chain issues for future customers. Thank you

How do I earn points?

I have orders under multiple email addresses. Can I transfer my points over to one account?
We cannot transfer points from one account to another once an order is placed. Accounts are associated with one email address, so if you have ordered with multiple email addresses you will have multiple accounts. If you have any issue with your account after placing an individual order, please contact us here.
How do I view my point balance?
You can view your points by signing in here and your points will auto populate on the “Loyalty Points” tab in the bottom right hand corner.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called *Redeem Points* to see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. To learn more about how you can use your points, click here.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No! Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
* **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
* **Pending:** These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and can take up to 5 days to be reflected in your account.
* **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. This will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few days for points to be reflected in your account. If you do not see your points in the approved or pending sections, please contact us here and we will look into it.
Can I use my points during checkout?
You can use your points through a discount code or through the points slider at checkout. For all orders that contain a subscription pack, only redeemable rewards labeled “$10/$25 off next subscription order” can be used.
My points aren’t working on my subscription order?
If you would like to use your points on a subscription order, please use the “$10/$25 off next subscription order” redeemable rewards. If you are having issues applying your vouchers to your subscription, please contact us here.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
