· What is the shelf life?
Orders are shipped with a minimum of 3 weeks shelf life. Please check the expiration date that is printed on the bottle for the exact expiry date.
· Are the milks raw?
No, our milks are not raw. We use a light pasteurization method to ensure the milks are safe for all to drink.
· How long do the milks last once open?
Once opened, you should consume the milks within 2-3 days.
· Do the milks contain dairy / gluten / soy?
Our milks do not contain any dairy, gluten or soy.
· How much caffeine is there in your cold brew?
There is approximately 130mg of caffeine per bottle
· Are the milks safe for pregnant women?
The light pasteurization method that we use on our milks makes them safe to consume during pregnancy. However, we always recommend that pregnant women consult their doctor for more specific dietary guidelines and recommendations.
· I need to change my order. What should I do?
We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us as early as possible.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
· You don’t deliver to my State. When will you start?
Currently, because of the perishable nature of our product, we can only ship to certain states. We are hoping to expand further in the near future, and will keep everyone updated once we ship to more states. Please follow us via Facebook or Instagram for the latest updates.
· How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 per 6-pack, but shipping is free for orders over $30.
· When will I get my order?
Orders ship every Monday and Wednesday. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2 to 3 days.
· How can I track my order?
We ship via FedEx. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.
· How will my order be packaged?
Your 6-pack will be packaged with an insulated liner and ice packs in order to keep your Pop & Bottle cold. Please place the milks into a refrigerator once delivered.
· My package hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped. If there seems to be issue with the delivery, please contact us.
· There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

· What is your returns policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products or do exchanges of products. If you have received an incorrect order, or a damaged parcel, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will gladly assist you with next steps. If eligible, we will offer a replacement, or a refund in certain circumstances.
